What is important to you,

and how can we help you get what you need?

Capital Region Women's Network (CRWN) is progressive in addressing the needs of women of today. Every woman's needs are diverse -- personal or professional, networking, child or adult care, health issues, continuing education, mentoring, equal pay, work-life balance, investing and retirement planning, discrimination or harassment, support and friendships, and many more -- and we are constantly seeking new avenues to address these needs through local, regional and state meetings and conferences, regular newsletters and professional magazines, community partnerships and affiliate programs and through the press.

It is important to us to know what is important to you.

What does the Food Pantry Do

Come join us and hear about the Regional Food Bank of NENY.  Mark Quandt will speak to us and let us know about all the things they do to help our community.  We can learn more about their Back Pack Program, how many locations they serve, how people can help them.  Keeping informed on what's happening around us and how we can contribute is always a challenge.
