Welcome to Our CRWN Homepage!

Thank you for visiting our site.

Our Mission: To Promote Personal and Professional Development for Women Through Advocacy, Education, and Information.

The emphasis of our website is reaching and assisting women in the greater capital region of New York State to further their education goals through our annual scholarship opportunity.  This site also provides you the opportunity to meet and stay in touch with our club and our on-going activities, as well as the related activities of New York State Women, Inc.

The Capital Region Women's Network (CRWN) is proud to administer the Cornelia A. Bregman Scholarship Fund for Women Returning to Education.  We invite you to learn more about us and see if you are eligible for our annual scholarship for women returning to education (Please visit the page "Scholarship Application").  Each year, this scholarship provides a $2,000 scholarship to a woman in a career-related study for the upcoming academic year.  The goal is to aid women who are changing, starting, or advancing careers due to under-employment, lack of appropriate education, changes in their household earning capacity or other circumstances which have hampered or delayed their earnings capacity or job stability.

We hope you will benefit from our support.  You do not have to be a member to be eligible for our scholarship; however, please consider our invitation to join us in networking and supporting others in our communities.  You can click here to download the ScholarshipApplication.

Capital Region Women's Network is a local chapter of New York State Women, Inc.   The Capital Region Women's Network  was founded in 1981 for the purpose of promoting equity for all women in the workplace through advocacy, education, and information.  Our monthly meetings provide opportunities for networking, education, support of other business and professional women, and community involvement.  (please visit "About Our Organization" to learn more...)
